About Sucralose

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener produced by the chlorination of sucrose. The majority of ingested sucralose is not metabolised. As a result, sucralose is a noncaloric sweetener. Sucralose is highly successful, comparing favourably to other low-calorie sweeteners in terms of taste and stability.
